Super EBC effectively limits reflection and helps cameras maximize color reproduction

Fujifilm is proud to announce the FUJIFILM PROTECTOR FILTER: PRF-39, PRF-49S, PRF-52, PRF-58 and PRF-62, a series of digital camera accessories that supports ultra-high image quality photography through low reflection and high transmission that does not impact visible light, with a sophisticated design that fits into the world of Fujifilm digital cameras.

The FUJIFILM PROTECTOR FILTER PRF-39, PRF-49S, PRF-52, PRF-58 and PRF-62 are applied with Super EBC(Electron Beam Coating) which is used to in Fujinon lenses not only for digital cameras but also for mobile phones and binoculars, as well as satellite optics lenses installed in the lunar exploration “KAGUYA（SELENE）”. Super EBC is effectively limiting harmful reflections by achieving a surface reflectivity of 0.3% or less.

The frame of filter given the semi-gloss black coating fits a high sense design. Or the inner side of filter given the matt black coating restrains a reflection effect and does design well.

The FUJIFILM PROTECTOR FILTER PRF-49S is an exclusive filter for the premium compact digital camera FUJIFILM X100. The silver color used in FUJIFILM X100 applied to the outer side of the filter frame. And, it creates an integrated look with the lens.
