General Questions

1. What is e-zy2print?

e-zy2print is an online community that enables you to enjoy the Print@FUJICOLOR online photo printing service. With e-zy2print, you get to order prints of your photos online; quick and easy. Anyone can join this community and choose to become either a Free Member or a VIP Member. VIP Members, however, get to enjoy extra benefits that include being able to create and manage personal photo albums, share photos with family members and network of friends, as well as enjoy exclusive e-zy2print Red Hot Rewards.



2. What is Print@FUJICOLOR?

Print@FUJICOLOR is the official name used worldwide for Fujifilm's innovative online photo printing service. Just think of it is a platform through which e-zy2print operates.



3. What is NOL/Red Hot?

NOL or Nanyang Online is one of the partners associated with Red Hot. Red Hot is a service created by Nanyang Press Holdings, which recognizes readers as members and advertisers as merchants. This service incorporates three main features: Privilege, Reward and Payment (PRP) in one truly unique, multi-function card - the Red Hot Card. With Red Hot on board, e-zy2print VIP Members are able to collect points every time they print their photos. These points can be accumulated for 'QUICK & EASY - Redemption' of exclusive merchandise in the e-zy2print Red Hot Rewards catalogue. 4. What is TeleMoney?

Telemoney is an innovative technological service that addresses the key concerns currently inhibiting e-commerce for consumers and merchants. With Telemoney, a consumer can conveniently enjoy total security and control for online purchases.  For more information, please visit http://www.telemoneyworld.com/about.htm.



5. What is Paypal?

PayPalŪ is a global leader in online payments, with a secure global network in more than 45 countries. With PayPalŪ, you would be able to make secure purchases without revealing your credit card number or financial information. If you choose to pay your order with PayPalŪ, all you need to do is follow the simple instructions onscreen as you go along. Once you have completed the details required by PayPalŪ, you do not need to fill them in again the next time you choose to pay with PayPalŪ. All payments using PayPalŪ are in USD and a fee of USD 0.30 will be charged for each transaction. For more information on PayPalŪ, visit their website at www.paypal.com.



6. What is Mobile88?

Mobile88.Com Sdn. Bhd. provides Pay88, an interactive payment platform that processes high volumes of online transactions securely and efficiently, in real time, with full transaction control and management. Signing Up

7. What is FREE membership? What is VIP membership?

When you first sign up with e-zy2print, you would become a Free Member. As a Free Member, you would get the following:

. No registration fee
. FREE Default Album for temporary storage space
o

A Default Album is given to both FREE and VIP Members. Members can upload an unlimited amount of photos into this album but the album has a 14-day expiry date. VIP Members can move these photos to the VIP Album section at any time before the 14 days are up.

 

You can later upgrade to a 3-year VIP Membership for a fee of RM10.00 whereby you will then get the following:

. FREE 50MB storage space
o

VIP Members are allocated up to 50MB of storage space, which is basically the memory space for your online photo albums. This space is called VIP Album.

 

This is not inclusive of storage in the Default Album, which is where your uploaded photos are stored for up to 14 days.

 

Your VIP Album space is available for 3 years (which is the duration of your e-zy2print membership) but if you do not order prints at all in the space of 2 consecutive months, all your photos in this folder will be deleted.

 

To avoid this from happening, you would just need to send at least one photo for printing every 2 months. On the other hand, if you want to avoid the hassle of sending photos to print every 2 months while still keeping your uploaded photos, you may opt to pay RM10 for an additional 50MB storage space that will last for 12 months.

. Viewing and sharing capabilities

Once you sign up as a VIP Member, you will be entitled to 1 loyalty point for every RM1 spent with e-zy2print.

 

Members will be given an e-zy2print Red Hot Rewards membership card for easy redemptions of exclusive merchandise in the e-zy2print Red Hot Rewards catalogue.

 
. FREE 20 pieces of 4R prints (for first 5,000 VIP Members only)*
o *Terms & Conditions apply.

Members must redeem all 20 FREE prints in one go. A number less than that will result in the balance being forfeited. However, if there are more than 20 prints being redeemed, the additional charges incurred will be borne by the member.

o Free delivery of the photos is available but only for deliveries within the same state.
o Please note that there will be no handling charges.

8. How do I sign up? What do I need to qualify?

To create your e-zy2print account, you will have to meet the following criteria:
  . A valid email address, credit card and mobile phone number
  . Access to Internet, preferably with broadband connection
  . Malaysian mailing address for delivery purposes (P.O. Box addresses are not accepted)
  . Must be 18 years of age and above
  . You can register by clicking on the 'Sign up' button on the Fujifilm homepage or the 'QUICK & EASY - Register' button, wherever it appears. You would first be asked to register as a Free Member. You may then, decide to upgrade to VIP membership.

After making your selection, you will need to fill in the required fields to complete your registration process. You would also need to make sure that your computer has the following system requirements.

  . Best viewed in 1024dpi x 768dpi
  . Windows 98 & above
  . Macromedia Flash Player 6 & above



9. Why do I have to provide a valid email address?

You need to provide a valid email address:
. To activate your new account
. To receive confirmation of your order from TeleMoney, Mobile88 and PayPal
. To enable easy retrieval of your password, should you forget it



10. Will other parties be able to view my profile, account details and orders?

Please know that we value your privacy greatly. Your profile, account details and information on the orders you have made will not be released to third parties without your approval. However, it is necessary for some information to be viewed by our partners for fast and effective order processing. Those who will be able to view them are as follows:
  . Profile - FDi Station personnel, Fujifilm staff, TeleMoney, Red Hot, Mobile88 and PayPal
  . Account details - TeleMoney, Mobile88 and PayPal
  . Orders - FDi Station personnel and Fujifilm staff



11. How soon will my registration be approved?

As soon as you've pressed the 'Submit' button after filling in your details on the 'QUICK & EASY - Register' page, you will immediately receive an email requiring you to activate your account. By clicking on the link in the email, you will be redirected to the account activation page. All you need to do next is follow the simple instructions. It's that fast and easy to become a member!



12. I've already registered but I can't seem to log in.

After you have registered, you ought to be able to immediately log on. Should you have any problem, please contact us at e-zy2print@fujifilm.com.my or call us at 03-5569 8388 and ask for e-zy2print Support (Mondays - Fridays, 9am - 6pm; closed on Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays).



13. What do I do if I:

  . Forget my password?
If you've forgotten the password to your account, please enter your email address (provided at registration) in the box on the 'Retrieve your password' page. An email will be sent to you containing your new password. You may then change it to another password at the 'My Profile' page the next time you log in. There is a hyperlink on the Fujifilm homepage for easy password retrieval. To retrieve your password now, click here to 'retrieve your password' page, then follow the simple instructions.


14. Where do I go to change or edit my detail in Telemone account?

After login, select My Profile. Scroll to bottom of page where you will see "Edit My Account in TeleMoney" button. Click on button and you will be directed to another page where you will be able to make the changes. Please remember to use your TeleMoney PIN number. To know more about TeleMoney PIN number, please refer to Question 11.



Uploading Photos

15. Where can I get and how do I install ActiveX?

It depends on which version of the Internet Explorer browser that you are using. If you are using version 6, click here to download the instructions for installing ActiveX. For versions lower than 6, click here to download the instructions.



16. Is it easy to upload my photos to e-zy2print?

Of course. However, your photos need to be in JPEG (.jpg, .jpeg, .jpe) format and the size of each photo must not exceed 2MB. Uploading time may vary depending on Internet connection speed, Internet traffic and file size.



17. What kind of photos can I upload?

You are not allowed to upload any pornographic photos as well as photos that are protected by copyright. Please go to the Terms & Conditions page for more details.



18. I am worried that outsiders can view my photos.

Don't worry. Your photos will be stored in secure pages. Please click here to go to the Privacy Policy page for more details.



19. How do I know whether my photos are good enough for high-quality photo printing?

When you upload your photos to e-zy2print , the system will automatically detect whether the photos have sufficient image resolution for high-quality printing.

However, we advise you to refer to the following table as a guide when taking photos in the future.



20. How do I resize my photos so that each is the maximum size of 2MB?

You can resize your photos with the aid of a photo editing software. However, you must do so before you upload your photos to e-zy2print.



Odering Photos

21. Why should I print my photos with e-zy2print and not with a home printer?

Please refer to the table to see how printing with e-zy2print has many added advantages.



22. I want to resize my photos but i don't know what 'Fill-in' and 'Fit-in' means.

On the 'QUICK & EASY - Select Photo Size & Quantity' page, you will be given the option to resize your photos with the 'Fill-in' and 'Fit-in' functions. This is because each print size has its own slightly different rectangular shape (known as the aspect ratio). When aspect ratio of the image and the paper size do not match, photo labs usually enlarge the image slightly and crop off what doesn't fit. Or the photo is resized so the image has a margin.

Selecting FIT-IN centers your photo and usually results in white borders on two sides of the print. We recommend FIT-IN only if it is essential to show the entire image (for example, if your photo is square or has been manipulated to be very wide or very tall). Please see example. Do bear in mind that photo resizing is dependent on file size, picture size and shape, so the end result may differ from picture to picture and from camera to camera.



23. What type of paper will my photos be printed on?

You can choose to have your photos printed on any of the 3 types of paper available.
. Glossy (Default) - Your photos will have a glossy finish
. Matte - This type of paper is similar to semi-gloss; smooth but not shiny
. Lustre - Has a coarse surface



24. Will my photos have the same colors as the ones on my PC monitor?

Since our Fujifilm Frontier printers and your PC monitor reproduce colors using different methods, results may vary. As with film, digital printing automatically adjusts image color, creating a difference between the print and what appears on the monitor. Also, colors often differ by monitor type.



25. What is the order limit?

  . Minimum order limit is RM18 (for free delivery)
  . No minimum order limit (for non-free delivery)

Bulk price will be charged for orders that weight more than 400 grams.



26. How long will it take for me to receive my photos?

Please refer to the following table for processing and delivery times for different zones.

27. What is a CVV number and why do I have to key it in?

CVV number is the last 3 digits that is printed on the signature panel on the back of your card immediately after the card's account number and it is an anti-fraud security feature to help verify that you are in possession of your credit card. Please see below to check where it is.

Each time you make a payment transaction with e-zy2print, you would need to key these numbers in, as a safety measure. But remember, the CVV number has to be from the same credit card that your registered your e-zy2print membership with.



28. Where can I check my order status?

After login, you can click on the "My Orders" button to know the status. The button is at the top of the webpage.

29. How much will it cost to print my photos and have them delivered to me?

The table below shows you how much each print size cost and how much each weighs.


If your total print order comes up to RM18.00 or more, please refer to table 2 below for the delivery charges.

Payment

30. How do I pay for my order?

e-zy2print offers multiple payment options for the user's convenience. If you are using your credit card, you may choose either of the following gateways:

1.      Telemoney - Visa and Master

2.      PayPal - Visa, Master, American Express

Payment is done via credit card and is processed on a secure TeleMoney and Paypal site, so you need not worry about your credit card information leaking out. In addition to that, we at e-zy2print will not store your credit card information in our database unless you explicitly instruct us to do so.

Don't have a credit card? We do offer another method of payment - via secure online direct debit transfer, where you can choose to use:

Rest assured that all orders placed on our site are done on a secure server that encrypts all financial information through SSL (Secure Socket Layer). SSL ensures that: (1) data transmitted over the Internet is encrypted to prevent people equipped with packet sniffing software from intercepting or tampering with the data in transit and (2) the recipient is who he claims to be (verified through identity authentication).



31. What credit cards can I register with?

We accept Visa and MasterCard via TeleMoney and Visa, MasterCard and American Express via Paypal. Payments via TeleMoney will be made in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) whereas payment via Paypal will be made in US Dollar (USD).



32. Why am I required to fax a copy of my I.C. and the front portion of my credit card to the TeleMoney office when my order amounts to RM200?

This is purely for verification purposes because of the large amount of money involved. It basically safeguards you as against credit card fraud and ensures the security of your payments.



Delivery

33. What is exactly Local Town Delivery in Zone 1 mean?

This means any place in the same town as the FDi Station that is printing your photos and delivering them. However, this subject to PosLaju's postcode listing.



34. What if I'm not home to receive my photos?

If you are not home, PosLaju will leave a collection card in your mailbox, which you can then use to collect your photos at the nearest post office.



35. How do I enjoy free delivery? How do I check the nearest FDi that offers free delivery in my area?

You will only be eligible for Free Delivery if your photos are delivered within Zone 1, i.e. local town delivery and costs at least RM18.00 and above and weighs less than 400grams. For more information on which FDi Station can offer you free delivery, please check out the current FDi Station listing.

However, some places may not offer Free Delivery due to the lack of broadband infrastructure or the unavailability of delivery services. But this may change from time to time as we strive to improve our services for your convenience



36. Why can't I enjoy Free Delivery even though there is a FDi Station in my town?

As mentioned earlier, some places may not offer Free Delivery due to the lack of broadband infrastructure or the unavailability of delivery services. It could also be because the said FDi Station has not signed up for the e-zy2print service and is therefore unable to provide Free Delivery. However, this could change in the future as we are constantly striving to include more FDi Stations as part of this service just so you can enjoy greater convenience. 37. What if the photos delivered to me are damaged?

PosLaju will investigate the matter immediately and reimburse you accordingly. However, this is dependent on the circumstances of which the photos were damaged. For more information, please read the PosLaju Terms & Conditions.



Online Storage

38. What can be found in the 'My Album' section?

My Album is different for each type of member. For FREE Members, it consists of only the Default Album (see below to find out what it is). VIP Members, however, get to enjoy both the Default Album and also a VIP Album.



39. How much of memory space will I be allocated to store my photos?

VIP Members are allocated up to 50MB of storage space, which is basically the memory space for your online photo albums. This space is called VIP Album and is not inclusive of storage in the Default Album, which is where your uploaded photos are stored for up to 14 days. Both the Default Album and VIP Album can be found in the 'My Album' section. 40. What is a Default Album? And how long am I able to store photos there?

A Default Album is given to both FREE and VIP Members. The Default Album can be found in the 'My Album' section. Members can upload an unlimited amount of photos into this album but the album has a 14-day expiry date. VIP Members can opt to move these photos to their VIP Album any time before the 14 days are up. After such a time, all photos in the Default Album will automatically be deleted from the system. An email reminder will be sent to both Free and VIP Members 3 days prior to expiry date for members' consequent action.



41. How do I get a VIP Album?

The VIP Album is exclusively for those who sign up as a VIP Member. If you are not yet a member, you can choose to apply for a VIP membership in order to enjoy this great benefit. Existing Free Members can also enjoy this feature once they upgrade to a VIP membership. But if you are a Free Member who would like to upgrade your current membership to VIP status, go to ' QUICK & EASY - Upgrade'.



42. What if I want a bigger VIP Album?

VIP Members can increase their existing 50MB VIP Album by paying RM10 for an additional 50MB of storage space. Each additional 50MB lasts for 12 months.



43. How do I move my photos from Default Album to VIP Album?

You can only move photos from the Default Album if you are a VIP Member. After login, go to My Albums. You will see the Default Album there. If you haven't created an album, you may do so here. Once you have created one, open up the Default Album and select the photos you want to move. Then, move your cursor to "Move to Album" where you will see your album(s) listed. Click on the album you want the photos moved to and then, you're done.



Viewing Photos

44. Where can I view my photos?

Once you have uploaded photos to e-zy2print, they will automatically be stored in a Default Album for the next 14 days. You can then view your photos in this Default Album in the 'My Album' section any time before the 14 days are up. Or, if you are a VIP Member, you can also view the photos in your VIP Album (where you have been allotted up to 50MB of storage space) also found in the 'My Album' section.



45. How come my photos are missing from my Default Album?

As we mentioned earlier, the Default Album has a 14-day expiry date. So uploaded photos stored in this album will automatically be deleted from the system after such a time.



Sharing Photos (For VIP Members only)

46. Am I able to share my photos with other people?

Yes, once you have uploaded or moved photos from your Default Album to your VIP Album, you have the option of inviting your friends and family to view them online. Invitations will be sent out via email to your contacts listed in 'My Address Book'. However, all invitations to view expire after 30 days.
