The Information We Collect

through the FUJIFILM Website.
Our web
servers do not automatically recognise specific information about
individual users on the FUJIFILM website. In addition, our servers
do not automatically record information regarding your e-mail
address unless you supply it.

you sign up for membership at the FUJIFILM Website we ask for your
first and last name, e-mail address, user name and to select a
password. Your user name and password are required to login and gain
access to your membership account.
To order
prints, gifts and additional storage space, you will be further
required to provide your username and password. You have the option
to indicate on the registration form if you would like to receive
promotional information as well as updates on new products and
services from FUJIFILM via email. Information you submit on the
FUJIFILM website will not be used for this purpose unless you
specify that you would like to receive such materials. You may
subscribe and unsubscribe to notifications through your account
profile in the FUJIFILM Website.
When
you enter any sweepstakes or contest, we may ask for your name,
address, and email address so we can administer the contest and
notify the winner(s). This information is not used for any other
purposes.
When
you share an album or send an online postcard to a friend, we ask
for their names and email addresses. You also have the option to
include a personal message to be sent to a friend. This information
is only used to send your message and is not stored by FUJIFILM for
any other purpose and is not shared with any third party. To keep
your albums protected, those people whom you invite are required to
enter their e-mail addresses before accessing an album.
When
you create an address book on the FUJIFILM Website, you will need to
enter your friends' first names, last names and e-mail addresses.
This information is stored and used to facilitate your album and
postcard sharing and sending of prints.
The Way We Use Information
You have
the option to indicate on the registration form if you would like to
receive promotional information as well as updates on new products
and services via email. Information you submit on the FUJIFILM
Website will not be used for this purpose unless you specify that
you would like to receive such materials. You may subscribe and
unsubscribe to notifications through your account profile in the
FUJIFILM Website.
However,
we
will send certain important announcements concerning FUJIFILM
Website operation and service updates to you without any prior
notice.
We use
non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our
website and to understand the needs of our site visitors. For
example, we may track the number of individuals visiting a specific
