Digital Minilab Service

We provide on-site services for digital minilab. We care about customer satisfaction and quality work all the time. Our goal is to be the best equipment support group in the industry.

1. Equipment Service Agreement - We provide quarterly preventive maintenance, bimonthly quality control and repairing services.

2. Repairing Service (0900hrs to 1800hrs) - We prioritize calls depending on their nature. Down equipment will always take precedent over operational and maintenance matters. This permits us to give the customers who are out of business quicker responses.

3. Quality Control Service - Monitoring FDI to meet global quality control standards.

4. Technical Education Centre (TEC) - Conduct quality control and equipment operation training courses for digital minilab operators.
